Took awhile for shipping, other than that I am extremely pleased with the product.
Hi Charles -
We ship out the same day however when orders are getting sent to Hawaii or Alasks with free same day shippping, they do take longer than the rest of the 48 states. I always say order early and often since its free shipping and suggest ordering in the Spring or Summer in those states so there is plenty of time. Thank you for your order!

Besides the always exceptional service, I really love that the extensions have different colored nuts differentiating the sizes.
